The three participating Cambodian athletes - runner Chhun Bunthorn, and swimmers Antoine De Lapparent and Sakbun Apsara Katarina - were competitively selected by the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) and Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, with the endorsement of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, taking place from July 26 to Aug. 11, is a good opportunity for the athletes to profile Cambodia's reputation and culture and build friendships with their peers from around the world.
