Phnom penh: His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, and His Excellency Ueno Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, have officially signed the Exchange of Notes and related documents for the Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project II at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on Monday afternoon.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the signing ceremony was followed by a farewell audience hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn for the outgoing Japanese envoy. The meeting marked the conclusion of Ambassador Ueno's diplomatic mission in Cambodia, underscoring the collaborative efforts and diplomatic ties between Cambodia and Japan.
