Two cruise ships with a total of more than 700 multinational tourists on board docked at Sihanoukville Autonomous Port in Preah Sihanouk province for a day-long visit.
The first vessel, Sea Bourn Encore, which visited Cambodian many times already, arrived in the coastal province this morning. Sailing under the flag of Bahamas, the cruise ship brought along 561 tourists of 26 nationalities, most of them are British (278) and American (152), and 420 crewmembers of 47 nationalities.
Coming from Thailand, the 210.5-metre-long, 28-metre-wide and 6-metre-deep tourist ship will leave Cambodia this evening for Vietnam.
The other ship, Le Jacques Cartier of French nationality with 151 tourists of 14 different nationalities and 121 crewmembers of 8 nationalities on board, docked at the port on Feb. 21.
The cruise ship of 131.46 metres long, 28 metres wide and 4.7 metres deep, coming from Malaysia, departed Preah Sihanouk province in the night of the same day.
