According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse - English, the meeting primarily addressed a draft decree-law amending Decree-Law No. 54 of 2022, which deals with offences related to information and communication systems. The agenda also included discussions on a draft decree-law amending Decree-Law No. 13 of 2022 concerning criminal reconciliation and the distribution of its revenues. Additionally, ministers reviewed a draft decree-law to amend provisions of the 2012 organic law regarding the Independent High Authority for Elections and a draft decree-law on municipal councils. President Saïed emphasized his commitment to monitoring the situation nationwide, asserting that the Tunisian people are engaged in a struggle for liberation and will only settle for a decisive victory. He criticized what he described as "pockets of counter-revolution and henchmen of colonialism."
