Phnom penh: The outcomes of the 27th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers' Meeting, the 33rd ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), the 16th East Asia Summit (EAS) Foreign Ministers' Meeting, and related meetings were discussed during a series of significant diplomatic gatherings held on July 23 in Manila, the Philippines.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, these meetings brought together foreign ministers and representatives from various nations to engage in dialogue on regional cooperation and security. The discussions focused on enhancing collaborative efforts in areas including economic development, regional stability, and mutual understanding among the participating countries.

The ASEAN Plus Three meeting, which includes China, Japan, and South Korea along with the ten ASEAN member states, emphasized the importance of continued economic collaboration and addressing transnational challenges. Similarly, the ASEAN Regional Forum focused on fostering open dialogue to manage regional security issues.

The East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers' Meeting highlighted the need for strategic partnerships and cooperative initiatives to address pressing global issues such as climate change, sustainable development, and health security.
