H.E. KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a virtual meeting with Mr. Peter BECK, President of the Foundation Board of the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED). During the meeting, both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and LED regarding the establishment of an LED Country Office in Cambodia. In their discussions, both sides expressed optimism that the bilateral relations between the two countries would be strengthened through various cooperative mechanisms. However, H.E. KHUON Phon Rattanak expressed deep gratitude for Liechtenstein's commitment to enhancing educational cooperation with Cambodia, which is closely aligned with the priorities of the Royal Government of Cambodia. Mr. Peter BECK indicated that LED's focus on human capital development in Cambodia would be an integral part of its broader strategy aimed at promotin g education within the country.
