Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, said reform programmes being conducted in the Kingdom are not a revolution.
Addressing the announcement of winning model public service provision units in the education and health sectors in 2023, held at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this morning, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said all the reform programmes are to expand the positive achievements, improve and reduce negative things.
The Premier said that all mandates of the Royal Government have focused on two main goals, first to expand more positive achievements for the people, and second to strive to evaluate, improve, reduce negative things.
‘If we can do these two things together well, the positive results will be larger’, he underlined, reaffirming the efforts to strengthen and expand the achievements for the people , especially at the grassroots level.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet mentioned that what is important of the reform is not on paper, but the actual
results on the ground, and particularly at the grassroots level because the main foundation is in the villages, communes, districts.
