Cambodia and the European Union have shown their satisfaction with their good cooperation.
The appreciation was made by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and H.E. Charles Michel, President of the European Council, in their their meeting in Tokyo this morning, during their stay in Japan for the State Funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister H.E. ABE Shinzo, according to H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen invited H.E. Charles Michel to attend the East Asia Summit (EAS) as well as the ASEAN Global Dialogue to be hosted by Cambodia in the near future.
The Cambodia Premier said he would attend the ASEAN-EU Summit in December this year in Brussels, Belgium.
As the ASEAN Chair this year, he stressed, Cambodia has been facing many regional and global challenges, including the Myanmar and South China Sea issues, anyway Cambodia will do its utmost to dealing with them.
