Cambodian gymnasts grabbed a gold and a bronze medals at the 8th Aerobic Gymnastics Asian Championship held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on Sept. 13-17, 2023.

This is the first historical record for Cambodia and a great national pride, underlined H.E. Noy Phana, Secretary General of the Cambodia Gymnastics Federation.

The gold medal was won in Trio event by athletes Siv Chantha, Nem Sokheng, and Dim Ornita, while athlete Suos Sreypov got the bronze medal in Senor IW event, he pointed out.

H.E. Noy Phana commended the coaches, assistant coaches, as well as the athletes who have worked hard together to achieve such good results.

Cambodia dispatched a delegation of 11 members, including 7 female athletes and a male athlete to compete in four events – IM, IW, Trio, and Team – at the 8th Aerobic Gymnastics Asian Championship.
