Battambang:Leadership and staff of World Vision International Cambodia, in collaboration with provincial authorities, have assessed the ongoing flood situation and delivered emergency aid directly to the homes of affected residents.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, World Vision has been working closely with provincial administrations in Battambang and Banteay Meanchey to provide critical relief to 988 households as of October 8.
The emergency response is focused on children, vulnerable households, pregnant women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Assistance packages include essential food supplies and hygiene kits. Despite challenging travel conditions and remote locations, World Vision remains committed to reaching those in the most urgent need.
World Vision expressed deep gratitude to local authorities, partners, and field staff for their dedication to the humanitarian mission, emphasizing its core commitment to ensure no child or family is left behind during this crisis.
