Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) has reaffirmed human resource development as its first priority, especially in terms of quality science and technology education improvement.

H.E. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of MoEYS, made the point when presiding over the opening of Cambodia's new academic year 2021-2022 at Hun Sen Prasat Bakong High School in Siem Reap province on Monday.

Quality and inclusive education service is indispensable for Cambodia's sustainable development, stressed H.E. Hang Chuon Naron.

It provides equal formal and informal education opportunities for all Cambodian children and youth across the country, he added.

H.E. Minister also underlined the government's efforts in the development of Cambodia in all sectors, especially in the fields of education and socio-economy.
