Phnom Penh:A significant declaration was adopted at the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026), held on September 24 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the Phnom Penh Declaration on Acting Together towards Breaking the Chain and Eradication of Online Scams was the focal point of the conference.

The declaration aims to address and eradicate online scams, emphasizing the need for international cooperation in combating these fraudulent activities.
