Multilateral Training Deal Signed

The National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC), Tianjin Sino-German University Applied Science, and six Chinese companies operating in Cambodia have reached an agreement to strengthen the collaboration on vocational and technical training. The agreement was signed between H.E. Bun Phearin, Rector of NPIC, Mr. Wang Hailong, Rector of Tianjin Sino-German University Applied Science and representatives of six Chinese companies here in Phnom Penh on Wednesday. H.E. Bun Phearin said that through the agreement, signatories will accept technical graduates for training, internships, and mutual technical research. The move reflects the good cooperation between the two universities and companies in strengthening the capacity of technical graduates. The agreement will contribute significantly not only to promoting cooperation among the universities and the private sector but also to developing technical human resources responsive to the market, as Mr. Wang Hailong pointed out.
