Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand to Visit Cambodia for Bilateral Talks


Phnom penh: Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand, Rt. Hon. Winston Peters, is set to visit the Kingdom of Cambodia from November 28 to 29, 2025. The visit comes at the invitation of H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia.



According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, during his visit, Rt. Hon. Winston Peters will have a courtesy meeting with Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. This visit underscores the mutual interest in strengthening diplomatic relations between the two nations.



Further discussions are planned between the New Zealand Minister and H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn. The focus will be on reinforcing and expanding the bilateral relations and cooperative efforts between New Zealand and Cambodia, emphasizing the mutual benefits for both countries.
