Minister of Commerce Engages with TotalEnergies Delegation on Future Collaborations

Phnom penh: H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, the Minister of Commerce, recently welcomed Mr. Yuan Liu, Managing Director of TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., and his team for a courtesy call and working discussion. The meeting focused on exploring ongoing developments and future collaborations between the two entities.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Mr. Yuan Liu provided insights into TotalEnergies' progress in Cambodia, emphasizing the company's dedication to the region's growth and development. He praised the Royal Government of Cambodia for fostering a business-friendly environment that has facilitated private sector expansion.

Mr. Yuan Liu also highlighted TotalEnergies' efforts in promoting local products through initiatives like 'Bonjour at Total,' which is implemented in their petrol stations across the country. This initiative aims to increase the visibility and sales of Cambodian products.

H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul expressed gratitude for TotalEnergies' longstanding investment in Cambodia's energy sector, which dates back to 1993. She acknowledged the company's role in supporting the local economy and urged continued collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce to further enhance the promotion of Cambodian-made products and strengthen the local market through joint campaigns.
