Ralph Puckett Jr., a highly decorated U.S. veteran of the 1950-53 Korean War, will lie in honor at the Capitol next week, lawmakers have said, as Congress has adopted a resolution calling for the tribute. The remains of the veteran, the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the war, will lie in the Rotunda of the Capitol on Monday, according to the office of House Speaker Mike Johnson.
