H.E. Thong Khon, Cambodian Minister of Tourism was positive that the Kunming-Vientiane high-speed railway will further boost the flow of tourists to Cambodia.

The minister made the note after traveling through the railway during his official visit to Lao PDR on Mar. 12-15.

The high-speed train runs from Vientiane to Luong Prabang and Kunming city of China’s Yunnan province carrying a large number of Lao-Thai commuters.

It also brings Chinese commuters to Laos and Thailand, H.E. Thong Khon noted.
