Cambodia has encouraged a joint martial arts performance "Cambodia's Lbokator and Shaolin of China" in Phnom Penh before the SEA Games-ASEAN Para Games 2023 in the country.
The call was made by H.E. Dr. Thong Khon, Minister of Tourism, during his meeting with Mr. Shen Danyang, Deputy Governor of Hainan province of the People's Republic of China here in Phnom Penh on Wednesday.
Cambodian Ministry of Tourism's International Department General and Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China have recently discussed and agreed to establish the event to cheer the 65th anniversary of Cambodia-China diplomatic relations.
Mr. Shen Danyang's visit to Cambodia mainly aimed to foster the cooperation between Cambodia and China's Hainan province, especially on economy, trade, tourism, and culture.
