H.E. SUN Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), received here on Monday H.E. Cherdkiat ATTHAKOR, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, who will complete his diplomatic tenure in Cambodia in the near future.
On the occasion, both sides mentioned about the bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and Thailand in various sectors so far, especially in border infrastructure development such as the National Road (NR) 67 and NR68, which has contributed to maintaining security and order along the common border and serving the interest of the people of both neighbouring countries.
H.E. SUN Chanthol thanked Thailand’s Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) as well as the Thai outgoing ambassador for their contribution to Cambodia’s socio-economic development, and wished H.E. Cherdkiat ATTHAKOR success in his new mission.
The Cambodian DPM is convinced that the good ties of friendship between the two governments and pe
oples will be closer, particularly in the field of investment.
