Cambodia’s Daily Cases of COVID-19 Recorded at 65 This Morning

The number of new cases of COVID-19 in Cambodia reported today is quite similar to that of yesterday, i.e. 66; the national counts thus stood at 119,358.

These are PCR test results, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health, adding that the majority of which were linked to the Feb. 20 Community Event.

At the same time, 71 more patients have successfully been cured while 5 others lost their lives due to the pandemic (3 of them have not been vaccinated); bringing the total recovered and death cases in the Kingdom to 115,730 and 2,850, respectively.

The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province. The confirmed cases have surged quickly this year due to the Feb. 20 incident.
