The Republic of Korea was committed to fostering its cooperation with Cambodia, mainly in the field of information and communication technology (ICT).

While paying a courtesy call on Cambodian Minister of Post and Telecommunications H.E. Chea Vandeth in Phnom Penh on April 20, H.E. PARK Jung-Wook, Korean Ambassador to Cambodia expressed his firm commitment to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries through the Korean Embassy in Cambodia in the framework of future cooperation, particularly in the field of ICT.

For his part, H.E. Chea Vandeth lauded the good and strong cooperation between both nations, especially through Official Development Assistance, Digital Government Cooperation Centre, and information centres.

H.E. Minister was optimistic that South Korea will continue promoting Cambodian human resource development, digital transformation, and explore new potentials to carry out projects for the benefit of the two countries.
