Visiting H.E. Kim Jin Pyo, Speaker of the National Assembly of RoK, made the affirmation while paying a courtesy call on Cambodian Acting Head of State, Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, at the Senate Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.

On behalf of the Cambodian people, Samdech Say Chhum expressed his gratitude to the Government and the people of Korea for providing ODA, grant and concessional financing since 1997.
