The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has just approved another five-star hotel project in Preah Sihanouk coastal province.

The US$164.4 million project is invested by Maritime City Co., Ltd. in village 2, Sangkat 3, Preah Sihanoukville, creating 1,455 jobs for the locals, pointed out the CDC in its press release this afternoon.

Moreover, the CDC also gave the green light to three other investment projects with a total capital of US$7.5 million, generating 250 more jobs, the same source added.

Located in Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone in Preah Sihanouk province, the three newly approved projects are plastic pipe, blanket, and packaging material factories. Source: Agency Kampuchea Press
