COVID-19: 1 Imported and 14 Locally-transmitted Cases Reported

Cambodia has detected 15 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) – an imported case from Indonesia and 14 locally transmitted cases.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Health made public this morning, the new imported case is a 29-year-old Indonesian man arriving in Cambodia on Feb. 26 via Singapore.
The other 71 passengers on the same flight with negative test results have been put under 14-day quarantine.
On the other hand, the 14 locally-transmitted cases are related to the Feb. 20 Community Event. They include 13 Chinese and 1 Cambodian aged between 20 and 35 years old in Phnom Penh capital and Preah Sihanouk province.
The tally now increases to 820, of them 316 are connected to the Feb. 20 Community Event.
At the same time, there is no new cured case of COVID-19; the total recovered patients remain at 477 with no fatal case.
