Phnom Penh and Four Provinces Set for Mandatory Mask Wearing and Social Distancing Practice

Ministry of Health has identified locations to be mandated to wear facemask and practice social distancing.
Phnom Penh capital and Preah Sihanouk, Kandal, Prey Veng, and Siem Reap provinces are set as red alert for COVID-19 outbreak in the Feb. 20 Community Event, the ministry said in an announcement.
The mandatory mask wearing and individual safe distancing come into force from Mar. 24 until further notice, stated the announcement.
The ministry also instructed competent authorities at all levels to strictly enforce this measure.
