Ministry of Environment has endorsed the improvement of 'Bokor' Preah Monivong national park development master plan by Sokha Hotels & Resorts Company.
The endorsement followed a recent meeting here in Phnom Penh chaired by Minister of Environment H.E. Say Samal, representatives from other relevant government's bodies, local authorities, and the company.
The improved master plan consists of various tourism and hospitality facilities, such as ordinary and six-star hotels, casinos, resorts, and beyond.
H.E. Say Samal encouraged Sokha Hotels & Resorts Company to work with concerned stakeholders in order to speed up the implementation of the master plan.
The master plan covers a total land surface of about 18,000 hectares in the area lying between Cambodia's two coastal provinces of Kampot and Preah Sihanouk.
