A Cambodian delegation has been in India to attend the Founding Conference of International Solar Alliance (ISA) inaugurated yesterday in New Delhi.
According to the ministry's news release, the delegation was led by H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Environment.
This international event was held under the chairmanship of Indian Prime Minister, H.E. Narendra Modi, and President of the Republic of France H.E. Emmanuel Macron with the participation of 500 senior delegates from 50 nations and representatives of development partners.
Currently, there are 60 signatory countries, including Cambodia, to the Framework Agreement of the International Solar Alliance, of which 26 have already ratified it.
