Cambodia Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) has so far entered memorandum of understandings with 90 private companies, according to local media report.
ACU Vice President Mr. Kheang Seng shared the status during recent official signing ceremony of such agreement with three private firms.
Under the terms, as explained by the vice president, the private companies agree to apply corruption-free standard, to promote transparency culture, and to fully respect the laws of Cambodia.
He added that through the agreement, ACU and the private sector's signatories will create confidential hot line to share information and incidents.
Mr. Kheang Seng also encouraged other private companies to enter the memorandum of understanding with the Anti-Corruption Unit � an act that contributes vitally to the commitment of the Royal Government of Cambodia in promoting corruption free public and private sector.
