Cambodia generated US$104,527,531 from selling entrance ticket fees to 2,323,168 foreign visitors to Angkor Archaeological Park for the first 11 months of 2018.
The update was shared recently by the Angkor Enterprise � government institution in charge of Angkor income management � adding that the figures suggest about 9 percent increase of the income compared to the same period last year.
Of the amount, it added, US$4,646,336 will be donated to the foundation to support Kantha Bopha Children's Hospitals.
For November alone, more than US$10 million was made from selling the entrance tickets to 233,125 international tourists.
In 2017, 2.45 million international visitors bought Angkor entrance tickets, generating an income of US$107 million.
