Phnom Penh to Host Sruong Pheavy Carom Billiards 2023

A Cambodian carom billiards champion Ms. Sruong Pheavy will attend the Sruong Pheavy Carom Billiards 2023 on April 20 at Lux98 in Phnom Penh, with expected participation of athletes from eight countries, according to Ms. Heng Chang, President of Lux98.

The competition is aimed to promote Cambodia's snooker and billiards, select the best athlete for the 32nd SEA Games, and provide opportunities for athletes to demonstrate and develop their capacity for the any international contests, added the Lux98 president.

Ms. Sruong Pheary was ready to join the Sruong Pheavy Carom Billiards 2023 and the upcoming 32nd SEA Games to be hosted by Cambodia in May.

"On behalf of the Cambodian athletes, I am excited, proud, and ready to compete for the medals for the nation, and I am honoured to contribute to developing Cambodia's sports as the country will host the games that it had waited 64 years to do so," said Ms. Sruong Pheavy.

The Sruong Pheavy Carom Billiards 2023 will consist of 10 disciplines including 8 for men and 2 for women, and Ms. Sruong Pheary will compete in two disciplines: 1 Cushion Billiard Carom and 3 Cushion Billiard Carom.
