Cambodian Minister of Environment H.E. Say Samal held talks with Asian Development Bank (ADB)'s Country Director Mr. Samiuela Tukuafu, at the ministry office on Monday afternoon.
According to the ministry's news release, in the meeting, both sides discussed a cooperation project between the Ministry of Environment and ADB, i.e. the agricultural development project using Green Climate Fund.
The meeting also touched upon waste management, protected area expansion, and biodiversity preservation.
ADB is a major partner for the development and human resource capacity building of the Royal Government of Cambodia, as well as the Ministry of Environment.
