Win-Win Memorial, a symbol of peace in Cambodia, will be inaugurated in late December this year on the occasion of the commemoration of 20th Anniversary of Win-Win Policy (1998-2018) of the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC).
The construction of the Win-Win Memorial, which began since February 2016 in Sangkat Bakheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh, has now been achieved about 80 percent.
Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen is expected to preside over the memorial's inauguration ceremony.
The construction of the memorial does not only intend to commemorate national heroes, but also to build awareness of the next generations on the hard work in the past leading to current peace, stability and growth.
Key historical documents will be also placed at the site for reference and studies.
