Turkey Committed to Bring Cooperation with Cambodia to Another Milestone

Grounding on continuous good cooperation with Cambodia, Turkey has been committed to bring the relationship to another milestone.

The commitment was made by newly appointed Ambassador of Turkey to Cambodia H.E. Ms. Ayda Anlu when presenting her Letter of Credence to Cambodia's Acting Head of State Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum yesterday.

H.E. Ms. Ayda Anlu spoke highly of the good collaboration between the two countries since the establishment of the Embassy of Turkey in Cambodia in 2013.

Cambodia and Turkey, she underscored, have entered many bilateral agreements which are basis for future exchange of high-level visits and cooperative agreements, especially in the areas of economy, trading, tourism, education and culture.

During the mission in Cambodia, the ambassador is committed to bring the cooperation between the two nations to another milestone � bilateral trade volume of US$500 million by 2020.

On behalf of His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, and Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum appreciated achievements resulted by good cooperation between Cambodia and Turkey, and warmly welcomed H.E. Ms. Ayda Anlu for her service in Cambodia.
