Sweden has pledged to continue its good cooperation with Cambodia both in the bilateral and multilateral frameworks and on international arenas.
The pledge was made by H.E. Bjorn Haggmark, outgoing Swedish Ambassador to Cambodia during his farewell meeting here in Phnom Penh yesterday with H.E. Say Samal, Minister of Environment.
Sweden will also continue providing scholarships for Cambodian students to pursue their post-graduate studies in the country, he added.
The outgoing ambassador spoke highly of intimate relations between the two countries; and thanked the Ministry of Environment for the good cooperation on climate change and plastic reduction.
From his end, H.E. Say Samal lauded H.E. Bjorn Haggmark’s diplomatic mission in Cambodia, which has bolstering the good relationship and cooperation between both nations in all sectors, especially in the field of environment.
H.E. Minister also wished H.E. Bjorn Haggmark success in his new mission.
