Some Coastal Provinces to Face Flash Floods

More rainfall is expected across the country this week, and the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) has issued a warning of possible flash floods in Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk coastal provinces, particularly from Aug. 10-12.

According to its weather forecast made public this morning, the ministry called on the public to keep their vigilance of thunder, lightning, gusts and high waves.

For the temperature, MOWRAM added, it would vary between 23 and 35 degrees Celsius for the central lowland areas, from 22 to 35 degrees Celsius in highland areas, and between 23 and 33 degrees Celsius for the coastal areas.
