Russian Embassy Holds Humanitarian Action at Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital

AKP Phnom Penh, Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Cambodia together with the Russian BioBuilding Co., Cambodian companies eBiodis, Leasure Asia Corporation, SGU Import Export Co. Ltd., as well as Cambodia-Russia Trade House held here this morning the humanitarian action in the Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital.

During the auspicious ceremony, H.E. Mr. Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of Russia to Cambodia conveyed to Dr. Ngy Meng, Director of the Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital oxygen concentrators, 520 liters of eBiodis produced electrochemical activated antiseptic solution, 870 liters of alcohol antiseptic, 600 boxes of facemasks, 10 boxes of multivitamins, as well as blood glucose meters and a spray machine, according to the embassy’s press release AKP received this morning.

In his address, H.E. Ambassador commended the important contribution of the Hospital to the unceasing fight against the new coronavirus infection.

With regard to the Commemoration Day to the Royal Soul of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, King Father marked today, the Ambassador noted his significance role in founding this medical institution in 1958 and developing cooperation between our two countries in the field of health.

Among the participants were diplomats of the diplomatic mission, Mr. Gnel Ratha, Rector of the Angkor University and head of the Cambodia-Russia Trade House and its officials, representatives of the SGU Import-Export Co. Ltd., as well as the eBiodis (disinfectant products of eBiodis are based on the innovative and ecologically friendly Russian equipment and technologies).
