The Royal Government Spokesperson Unit (RGSU) organised a two-day media training aiming to enhance ethical and professional journalism in Cambodia.
Started on Mar. 2, the training course took place under the theme “Journalism in Contribution to Building a Democratic Society in Cambodia.” It attracted 134 media practitioners from local media outlets.
The programme featured important topics such as process of building a democratic society in Cambodia, public administration system in Cambodia, ethics and journalism profession, sharing experiences in the field of information and how to write and report information.
Key speakers included H.E. Phay Siphan, Minister Attached the Prime Minister and Chairman of the RGSU, H.E. Om Chandara, Advisor to the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Mr. Sun Sovin, RGSU’s Advisor.
