Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has expressed his concern over the country's intellectual capital.
Addressing at a graduation ceremony of the National University of Management held here this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said Cambodia's intellectual capital has not responded enough to the national progress, growth of foreign investment and regional competition.
The Premier underlined that human resources remain a challenge for Cambodia. In last few months, he added, thanks to increase in investment, some 40,000 new jobs were created.
The question is whether or not we have enough workforce to supply them, he said. We need to put all efforts to train our human resources in response to the market and the country's socio-economic progress.
