Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen held a get-together with more than 1,000 Cambodian nationals living and pursuing their studies in Europe.
The gathering took place yesterday evening (Phnom Penh time) during the Premier's stay in Geneva, Switzerland for the Aid-for-Trade Global Review 2019 and other events.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen spent about 2 hours updating his compatriots on true information about the current situation in Cambodia as well as the country's development.
The Prime Minister expressed thanks to his compatriots for their warm welcome, love and support for him and reiterated the significance of peace for more development. He thus pledged to continue protecting peace, stability for the future progress of Cambodia.
Those Cambodian communities are from different European countries such as Germany, France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
