PM Gives Donations to a Poor Boy in Siem Reap Province

Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has donated 20 million Riel (about US$5,000) and two houses to the family of Kong Seiha, 7, living in Tmat Pong village, Run Taek commune, Banteay Srey district, Siem Reap province.

The donations were handed over on Nov. 3 to the boy's family via H.E. Tea Seiha, Governor of Siem Reap province.

Besides, Siem Reap provincial administration gave a hand phone and foodstuffs to the family.

One of the two houses is for Seiha's family and the other one for his aunt's family.

Kong Seiha is a grade 1 student at Chey Primary School. He was born to a poor farmer family. He has a three-year-old sister.

Yesterday, Samdech Techo Prime Minister posted on his official Facebook page a picture of a little boy standing in a row with bared feet, wearing a mask and hanging a plastic bag of COVID-19 vaccination card around his neck when he went to school at Chey Primary School.
