PM Calls for Attention to Cold Weather

As the temperature is expected to drop at the end of this year, Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen called on the public, especially the senior citizens, to pay attention to cold weather.

At a graduation ceremony of the Royal University of Law and Economics organised here this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said that Cambodia is forecasted to face low temperature, up to 17 degrees Celsius in some areas.

“Please be careful with some seasonal diseases, including flu or cold…,” Samdech Techo Prime Minister underlined.

According to a new weather forecast by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology released this morning, some northern provinces, including Mondulkiri, Rattanakiri, Preah Vihear and Oddar Meanchey, will see the minimum temperature drop to 17-18 degrees Celsius from Nov. 2 to 4.
