Phnom Penh will host its first internationally certified real estate course from Aug. 20 to 26, according to local media report.
As cited in the source, President of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) Mr. Kim Heang highlighted that this is an opportunity to promote the knowledge and skill of real estate agents in Cambodia to a new level.
His association, he added, in cooperation with the U.S-based CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) institute is coordinating the course with special discount, particularly for CVEA members.
As listed in the association's Facebook post, the course will cover key subjects including global and local markets, and real estate business in the United States of America, Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe versus international practice.
The provided course can only entertain a maximum of 50 participants, continued Mr. Kim Heang.
