Two more trade centres � GIA Tower and Morgan Tower � will emerge at the heart of Phnom Penh capital, on Koh Pich area in a near future.
The two commercial office buildings of 42 and 46 storeys respectively have been being constructed actively.
Covering an area of 3,839 square metres, GIA Tower is invested by GIA International Real Estate Company Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation. This trade centre will consist of office, retail and sky bar units and a big car parking space.
For the 200-metre-high Morgan Tower, it is invested by Morgan Ford Investment. This US$160 million multipurpose trade centre will include office units, a luxury hotel, meeting rooms, restaurants and sky bars.
The construction of the two skyscrapers is expected to complete in 2021.
Thanks to on-going peace, political stability and steady economic growth enabled by the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Kingdom, particularly its capital is undergoing rapid progress.
