Over US$32 Million Invested on New Cultural and Commercial Centre in Phnom Penh

China has invested over US$32 million to construct a cultural and commercial centre in Phnom Penh capital of Cambodia.

The so-called Oriental Culture Plaza and Investment Centre, according to the Chinese official from the group in charge of the project Mr. Albert Yuan, will serve as a platform to promote Cambodian and Chinese culture and trade.

The project, he added, is located in Sangkat Boeung Kak I, Khan Tuol Kork of Phnom Penh and will be completed by 2018.

The Oriental Culture Plaza and Investment Centre is expected to house hall for cultural festivals, five-star hotel, modern restaurant, office space and beyond.
