Another 65,000 square metres of office buildings will ready for supply in the market this year, according to local media report.
The report grounding on the figure from CBRE Cambodia added that as of 2016's last quarter, the supply of office buildings was not as extensive - It was only around 4,000 square meter.
Managing Director of Canadia Tower Mr. Pen Phirun was cited in the source as saying that the demand for office building in 2016 increased by 10 percent, compared to 2015. He expected that it will continue to rise in 2017.
Cambodia is considered a fast growing country in Asia and Phnom Penh capital is undergoing rapid supplies for both local and international business operations.
