Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen said this morning that the number of subscribers of his Telegram channel is on the rise. While holding a get-together with over 300 families affected by the Stung Pursat 1 hydropower project in Pramoy commune, Veal Veng district, Pursat province this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said his Telegram channel ranks 2nd behind that of Ukrainian President H.E. Volodymyr Zelenskyy in terms of members. 'At this moment, my Telegram channel has over 610,000 subscribers, while that of H.E. Volodymyr Zelenskyy 900,000 subscribers,' he said. Telegram is a globally accessible freemium, cross-platform, encrypted, cloud-based and centralised instant messaging service. It has provided optional end-to-end encrypted chats popularly known as secret chat and video calling and can file and sharing several features.
