The number of apartments in Phnom Penh has remarkably increased, according to local media reports.
As quoted in the source, Director General of Century 21 Mekong Mr. Chrek Soknim said that as of the first trimester of 2018, Phnom Penh endorsed a total 365 apartment projects � 148 of which have been completed and used.
Despite the rise of apartments in the capital, he added, the rental fee of the apartments remains high.
Chief Executive Officer of Khmer Foundation Appraisal (KFA), Oknha Nuon Rithy, as indicated in the same source, was optimistic about the need for growing number of the apartments.
It will further attract investors and professional workers to base their project and work place in Phnom Penh and serve as a reflection of Cambodia's economic development, he added.
