The Phnom Penh municipal administration is planning to build a new flyover at the Century Plaza intersection to facilitate traffic for residents crossing Street 2004, as well as the Russian Federation Blvd. and Street 2011.

The project was discussed in a meeting here on Dec. 20, chaired by H.E. Khuong Sreng, Phnom Penh Municipal Governor, with relevant departments and officials of the 14 Khan.

H.E. Governor said that the traffic flow along the Russian Federation Blvd., Streets 2004 and 2011 is getting worse, which requires the municipal administration to study the construction of a new flyover at the area to facilitate the travel.

The new flyover is scheduled to break ground after the official opening of the Chom Chao flyover and underpass, which is set in March next year.
