MOWRAM Calls for Vigilance of Possible Thunder, Lightning, Gusts, and High Waves This Week

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) has called on people to keep their vigilance of possible thunder, lightning, gusts, strong wind and high waves this week.

MOWRAM explained the phenomena by the influence of southwest monsoon, low pressure, and TS KOGUMA 2014 storm on Cambodia.

According to its new weather forecast issued this morning, between June 9 to 15, the temperature would vary between 23 and 34 degrees Celsius for the provinces in the central lowland areas, from 23 to 33 degrees Celsius for the provinces next to the Dangrek mountain range and highland areas in the northeast, and between 22 and 29 degrees Celsius in the coastal areas, accompanied by moderate to heavy rain across the country.
