Cambodia's Ministry of Environment and Three Hearts Foundation reached here yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in improving the quality of live in Cambodia through health educational and environmental programmes.
This MoU was inked by H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Under Secretary of State for Environment and Ms. Hisae Arai, President of the Three Hearts Foundation, according to the ministry's press release.
Under this MoU, it added, Cambodian people, especially the youth, will gain a lot of benefits through health and sanitation programme.
Three Hearts Foundation is an NGO that actively works in Cambodia since 2014. It focuses its charitable work on three distinct social issues that profoundly impact quality of life, including health education, cultural exchange, and sport development. It actively helped Cambodian youth develop positive attitudes about health on all fronts � physical, mental, emotional and social through innovative programmes. To prepare them for healthy lives free of diseases and dangerous addictions. To be an Environmental Friend for communities in Preserving ecosystems and raising awareness of public hygiene; impressing upon the youth the value of diversity and richness in Culture and promote inter-cultural bond between Cambodia and Japan, and using the great platform to empower the youth and bring communities together.
